Metabolic optimization & longevity

Find your true north.

Metabolism is the axis everything else turns on — energy, body composition, cognition, longevity. Whether you train six days a week or haven't started yet, we build an individualized plan that supports the health and capacity you're working toward.

Who it's for

Every age, every starting point, every version of fit.

Not a weight-loss fad and not a bodybuilding shortcut. Axis Metabolics is for anyone who wants their capacity to keep pace with their life — the trained competitor, the tired professional, the person who hasn't exercised in a decade, and everyone in between. No prerequisites, no judgment.

Already moving

You walk, lift, swim, ride, or take a class — whatever it looks like. You want recovery, hormones, and fuel working with you instead of against you.

Running on empty

The 45-year-old single professional wiped out after work. The parent juggling kids and a career. You need energy back before you can worry about optimization.

Starting now

You haven't exercised in years — or ever — and you just want smarter metabolism choices. No gym membership required. One better direction, starting today.

Playing the long game

You want to keep up with your kids, your grandkids, your own plans — in your fifties, seventies, and past that. Capacity that outlasts trends.

What meets at the Axis

Three inputs. One precise point.

Axis Metabolics is the clinical piece. It works best when it converges with real nutrition and intentional strength training — the coordinates that meet at your Axis, wherever you're starting from.

Coordinate one

Movement & Strength

Build or maintain the chassis. Whether you train five days a week or are starting with daily walks, physical work is the foundation. Not active yet? That's fine — many people find the energy to start once their metabolism is supported.

Coordinate two

Nutrition & Fuel

Fuel the system, don't starve it. Enough protein, enough fuel for strength, and metabolic awareness — no crash diets, no arbitrary restriction.

Optimization Protocols

The clinical piece. Independent clinical oversight, the lab work your protocol requires, and individualized therapies that support what training and nutrition alone can't quite reach.

Find your protocol

Not sure where to start?

Answer a few questions and we'll show you which protocols are worth talking through with a clinician, based on your goals, starting point, and biggest barrier.

  • Takes about 60 seconds
  • No full medical intake to start the quiz. Before anything is prescribed, your clinician reviews your full history and labs.
  • Results to discuss with your clinician

The idea

Beyond weight loss.
Beyond bloodwork.

Weight is a single number. Bloodwork is a snapshot. Metabolic health is the system underneath both — and it is the thing worth changing.

Clinicians have more options than they used to — GLP-1 therapies, peptides, bioidentical hormones, and metabolic data — so care can be built around your labs and goals instead of one-size-fits-all. Axis Metabolics exists to make those protocols accessible and individualized.

How care works

A licensed clinical team prescribes. A U.S. licensed pharmacy fills.

  1. 01Find your protocol with the quiz, or connect with a clinician directly.
  2. 02Your clinician reviews your history and the lab work your protocol requires, then prescribes when appropriate.
  3. 03Your prescription is filled by a licensed U.S. pharmacy — compounded for you if that is what your clinician prescribed — and delivered to you.

The movement coordinate

You put in the physical work. We discount your protocol.

Whether you train at a partner facility or work with an independent trainer, registered dietitian, or health and wellness coach, we support the people guiding your everyday habits. Active members and clients of our partners receive a one-time discount code from Axis toward their clinical protocol.

Sourcing standard

Only licensed U.S. pharmacies.

Every prescription is filled by a licensed pharmacy in the U.S. If your clinician prescribes a compounded medicine, that pharmacy makes it for you from your prescription. We do not use gray-market products, and we never use anything labeled 'Research Use Only.'

503A
State-licensed, patient-specific compounding pharmacies.
503B
503B outsourcing facilities — licensed facilities that make compounded medicines in larger batches and follow strict manufacturing rules.
Rx only
Every therapy dispensed against a valid prescription.
No RUO
We never sell or ship Research-Use-Only material. Ever.

A note on compounded medicines

Some prescriptions are compounded — made by a licensed pharmacy for one person, from that person's prescription. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved, and FDA has not checked them for safety, effectiveness, or quality the way it checks approved medicines. Your clinician will talk through whether a compounded option, an FDA-approved option, or no medicine fits you — and you can ask which pharmacy will fill your prescription at any time.
